REAL Ministries Worldwide (RMW), a non-profit society, was founded in Florida in 2009 RAIN Ministries (Raising Army Intercessors Now). Apostle Idella received the instructions while on a 40-day liquid fast.  RAIN Ministries didn't begin as a church but originally set out to be an ancillary ministry. We just wanted to serve as a prayer resource to already existing ministries.  It wasn’t by accident that the only thing recorded in the Scriptures that the disciples asked to be taught was prayer. We recognized the need for more training on prayer to establish kingdom power within the churches. Pastor Idella hosted numerous prayer calls and breakfasts, All Night Vigils, and workshops simply on prayer. She believes that anytime there is prayer without power, there is a definite problem.

 

It wasn’t until January 2011 that the LORD revealed more of His plan and called Idella to pastor. The role of the ministry evolved to include more apostolic prophetic movement, but the foundation of prayer and teaching still stood strong. In the later part of 2014, GOD spoke it was time for a name change feeling it would be something drastic, Idella prepared for anything. As of January 2015, we became REAL Ministries.

We received a true shift in 2018 when GOD spoke to come out of buildings and go primarily online. He advised that there would be a time when people would no longer feel safe in churches, Apostle Idella didn’t fully understand until the pandemic.

​

Many people questioned the move and even doubted the instructions but Idella knew she heard GOD.  To put the proverbial icing on the cake, GOD provided a very public prophetic word confirming His instructions. Her obedience allowed the ministry to be in position to continue ministry as an effective voice crying out in the wilderness and preparing ye the way of the LORD without a pause.

Due to all the pain Apostle Idella saw and even experienced herself in the church, she was adamant that HOLY SPIRIT wanted REAL Ministries to be a safe place where people can get healed, become whole, and encounter CHRIST for REAL.
